Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from the official Ardue website can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused and the tags are intact.

Return Request

• For returns due to product defects or wrong deliveries, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
• For returns due to a change of mind, a return shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.
• Returns can be processed through the "My Page" section on the website. Additionally, you can also request returns via the ChannelTalk customer service linked on the official Ardue website.
• Return shipping fee: 6,000 KRW for initial free shipping / 3,000 KRW for paid shipping.
• Return pickup will proceed after the return shipping fee is confirmed.

Exchange Policy

• For size or color exchanges, please apply directly through "My Page" or contact the ChannelTalk customer service.
• A shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged for exchanges.
